LEAD TIMES
Due to the handmade nature of our lighting designs, all laal products have a lead time.
Below is a break down of the steps taken to make your order and its journey to your home or project.
Please note- Our lead times are an estimation only and can be influenced by outside factors and is subject to change prior to orders being placed.

1. Manufacturing
CURRENT ESTIMATE - approx 10 weeks
Each lAAL product is made of smaller components that are made to order by hand via a select group of artisan manufacturers in melbourne.
Once these individual components are made, they are taken to our partner finisher to be powder coated in your specified finish.
once powder coated, all of your order’s components are returned to our small in-house studio based in the Yarra Valley for assembly and testing.
2. custom Packaging
CURRENT ESTIMATE - 1 week
once fully assembled, your order is then carefully transported to our partner shipping and freighting company. It is custom boxed or custom crated depending on its journey, and booked for pickup.

we use our trusted courier delivery service, with your oder wrapped only in plastic wrap to minimise packaging waste. boxing is available via request.
3. sensitive Shipping
CURRENT ESTIMATE - 1 week
We use a range of sensitive services depending on its shipping location to ensure the most cost effective shipping price. If your order is not needed at the time of completion, we offer a storage service for up to 4 weeks - please allow for an additional 2 weeks for your order to arrive once notifying us for its release.
Metro Melbourne: Local sensitive courier.
Domestic Australia: Startrack, Fedex, North-line.
International: DHL, UPS.
