LEAD TIMES

Due to the handmade nature of our lighting designs, all laal products have a lead-time.

Below is a break down of the different steps in making your order and its jorney to your home or project.

Please note. Our lead times are an educated estimation only and can be influenced by outside influences and is subject to change prior to orders being placed.

A. Manufacturing

CURRENT ESTIMATE - 6 to 8 weeks

Each lAAL product is all made up of smaller components, which are made to order by hand via a select group of LAAL APPROVED artisan manufacturers in melbourne.

Once your components are made, they are sent to our partner finisher to be  painted in your specified finishes.

to COMPLETE your order, all of your orders components are returned to  our small in-house studio based in the Yarra Valley for final assembly and testing. 

B. custom Packaging

CURRENT ESTIMATE - 1 week

after your orders completion, it is booked and carefully transported to our 3rd party shipping and freighting company. It is then custom boxed or custom crated depending on its journey.

please note: orders being shipped within metro melbourne, due to our hand delivery service, products are shipped in plastic wrap to minimise packaging waste.

C. sensitive Shipping

CURRENT ESTIMATE - 1 week

We use a wide range of sensitive services depending on its shipping location to ensure the most cost effective shipping price. If your order is not needed. we offer a storage service for up to 4 weeks - please allow for an additional 2 weeks for your order to arrive once notifying us for its release. 

Metro Melbourne: Local sensitive courier. 

Domestic Australia: Startrack, Fedex, North-line.

International: DHL, UPS.
