Q. What is the ordering process?

A. We have three methods of purchasing a LAAL™ product, either directly though us via telephone, email of on the product pages of our website - Our ordering process is: Quote > Order > Deposit > Invoice > Ship. We also will be launching an online store with a selection of LAAL™ products which will follow a combined Order, Full payment & Invoice > Ship. Alternatively we have amazing Sales representatives in around Australia, WHO WILL HELP YOU THROUGH EVERY STEP.

Q. Where are LAAL™ products made?

A. All of our product are made in Australia using LAAL™ approved craftspeople, artisans and manufacturers. Small electrical components that are not able to be made in this country are imported from our friends in THE PEOPLES REPUBLIC OF CHINA.

Q. What is LAAL™'s lead time?

A. For all made to order products we currently run off a 8 week APROX lead time. This does not include shipping times and commences once we receive a 50% deposit (for orders above 1k) or 100% deposit (for orders under 1k) against your order.
